About Clarity Singapore

Clarity Singapore is a Catholic mental health charity that provides services to persons with mental health issues to help them lead meaningful lives through support, acceptance and recovery.

Clarity Singapore is a charity with IPC status. We are a member of the Singapore National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and one of the 28 member organisations under Caritas Singapore (the social mission and community arm of the Catholic Church in Singapore). We were awarded the Charity Transparency award from 2016 to 2019, and 2022.

To deliver mental health interventions to the community, we work with partners like the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) THRIVE and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).
We aim to help anyone in all walks of life, aged between 18 and 65, who are struggling with mental health conditions arising from anxiety and depression, including trauma, pre- and post-natal stress, bereavement and loss, relationship and other emotional issues.

We understand that every individual has different mental health needs and to serve these varying needs, we offer services, ranging from one-to-one individualised therapy sessions, group programmes, psycho-educational workshops/talks, collaborations with community and corporate partners to social media outreach engagements.

Contact us if you have more questions about the walkathon or Clarity Singapore.
You can partner with us to transform lives affected by mental health challenges through:
